Hello everyone! For every season, winter, spring, summer, and fall, I’ll be creating seasonal themed designs! So this autumn, I’ve created some very fall-ish dresses! {Is “fall-ish” even a word?} Make sure to vote for your favorite design! All right, let’s begin!
For my first design I created a “pumpkin dress”. You can’t have fall without pumpkins! This dress was so fun to design and draw! My favorite part is the “vine” straps and belt. It was a bit tricky to come up with fall themed designs, so I was pretty excited when pumpkins came to mind.
I came up with this design while doodling some fun fall skirts in my sketchbook. {I love doodling:} If you can’t see very closely, the skirt has swirly lines that connect to little red leaves! My favorite part is the skirt. {Haha!} It was super fun to “doodle out”!
This dress has all of the vibrant fall colors. It starts with red and fades into a pale yellow. Autumn is full of such pretty colors! As much as I loved the colors, my favorite part would be the style of the dress. I love the dramatic empire waist. This is probably my favorite design over all. :}
